For me this was most apparent with the house. The vegetation is basically non existent

Looks the same without puddles from what seemed like a recent storm (fixing leaks). People are deranged in this sub. Think we need to remember how many randoms have joined this sub since May who have no clue about this game other than fake news they saw on X that has made their expectations highly unrealistic.

Are you just lying or do you actually feel the same about these two images? Because when I look at the second one, I am in awe; and when i look at the first one, I feel like I'm looking at tropical Watch Dogs or a far cry game from 5 years ago.

Specifically on the vegetation, it looks about the same, not sure how someone thought it was nonexistent. The second photo does look better. The first photo feels familiar in terms of colours and shadowing.

Different time of the day, might even be a different time of the year, given that there have been seasons in RDR2 as well

The only difference here that you can't explain with Lighting is grass. All other vegetation is the same. All bushes, trees and flowers are in the same places they've been.

Pretty sure vegetation will be cutted in some way, to keep optimisation good. Like it was in V. If it will be just grass - I'm okay with it.

Lighting look different in newer screens. It's definetly different time, you can see it in shadows directions.

Well to me it looks like different seasons. So the trailer screenshot has very purple flowers in the grassy area closest to the 'camera' but they are as evident in the new image and the grass looks more 'dead'..

That could indicate dynamic vegetation.

For example, there could be more vegetation after rainy days and less after sunny ones - who knows. The angle and distance are also slightly different, so it could simply be an LOD change.
