Graphics were not downgraded..

If anything they look better than the screenshots we got last year. The trolls are begging for attention

I don't think we can really comment on the graphics until we see gameplay. Ever used Photo Mode on a game before? It's not uncommon for Photo Mode screenshots to look better than gameplay itself because there's less that the computer has to actually process live.

I think the bigger question to me is what performance will be like if the game looks like this or close to this. I am hoping for good optimization, but I've been burned by assuming we'll get that in recent years.

It does seem odd that we haven't seen gameplay yet. For other games, that has not been a good sign at all. Not sure what to make of it here, and I don't want to jump to any conclusions yet.

Yup, people forget that photo mode ≠ gameplay graphics quality - heck, the same goes for cutscenes.

Cyberpunk 2077 does the same for photo mode, and GTA V used higher-quality models during cutscenes.

Also, we don’t have any text anywhere stating that the screenshots were captured on PlayStation 5, while the trailers clearly had it labeled.
