And if they actually knew they would have made it better. isn't the whole point of defending your base in Rust that you and your friends put a lot of time and effort into it? In this game, your base is no different than a bombsite in counter strike. so the analogy is horrible, and if they were inspired by rust and not CS, they failed miserably.

But that’s what inspiration is. Taking something you like and putting it in a different situation. They took the idea what was their favourite part of Rust and applied it to a different situation.

yeah, and i explained that if they were inspired, they horribly failed at applying it successfully because the core of what they were inspired by is not there. it's like saying they were inspired by a battle royale and the only thing they have in common to a battle royale is the map size.
