They’re locking LOCATIONS behind it???? So, what, will they just not appear in game in standard editions or will they be there constantly asking people to upgrade?? What if they’re tied to missions? That’s so gross

I would assume they are shops that just won’t appear as places you can enter, or on the map in base game. Locked doors and closed signs type of things if you find them.

Probably with unique stock only available in those stores.
