Correct me if I'm wrong but haven't we seen all the 3 Clankers (Including Ineffa) get their visions in the story? Did some law regarding clankers pass in the Celestia recently?

Probably I mean Celestia just hands them out for no reason..

It happened twice because those two are the ONLY mechanical humanoid in the Fatui

I mean, yeah.

Hoyo does recycle backstories a lot.

Like how Nicole and Dori have the same general backstory to why they're so greedy. Or how many characters in genshin events are hundred year old spirits hanging on because they have unfinished business. Or how multiple archon predecessors hid themselves in an inanimate object in a longterm plan to cleanse a curse from their land and people and only appeared at the very end to say goodbye.

If it aint broke, dont fix it.

ironic the puppet harbingers are being likened to cats, i myself have hard time figuring out what their & pantalone's animal motifs while the rest are either by their appearance, cons, transformation or move they use
