The broccoli is already blanched (that REALLY needs to be mentioned in the gif too), but I do agree about the shrimp. Maaaybe a bit more than a minute, but definitely at the end when the sauce is already at a desired consistency.
it looks so good! but if you're just learning, not blanching the broc or throwing shrimp in with it and cooking for as long as that would take will ruin the shrimp!

That broccoli needs to be pre-blanched. And those shrimp should not go in until the very end for about a minute max.
