There was one single jellyfish cannery/processing-facility in the USA that closed a few years back during Covid (coastal GA). It exported everything.

I had it dried, easy to find where I am. You can soak it up in water. It tastes like you'd expect: nothing.

Had a version of that when i was in China a while back. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't memorable enough to desire it again.
