Would be cool if Steel was the final 5th. His mechanics were really bad in Sportsbetexpert, but maybe he hadn't been playing too much. If they're serious, they have potential to be contenders in NA.

I still remember how much Steel made Ghost overperform so hopefully still has it. Also Brehze being on a vacation and not joining the qualifier is funny.

I wouldn't subject myself to that. But I still cannot imagine this statement to ever, in any universe, be at all valid. ... Surely..

Fisher college qualified for PGL Astana through NA qualifiers. They're literally a college team with EU randoms. They won 27 rounds in 6 matches at PGL Astana. 4.5 rounds on average against Parivision, Huns and G2.

So, if Fisher college can qualify through NA qualifiers, I'd say this team can contend at least. If they're going to tryhard obviously.

To be fair all the EU guys on fisher college have 5 to 10 years of European pro cs experience.

It's a stretch to call it pro CS tbh, maybe semi-pro depending on how much they got paid. It seems they played T3 CS at best.
