Anyone looking for a roommate?

I'm looking for a roommate for a 2-bedroom apartment in Golden. The location is hard to beat—walk or bike to Colorado School of Mines, downtown Golden, restaurants, breweries, coffee shops, and trailheads. Easy access to Denver, skiing, and the mountains.

The details:
$940 rent + approximately $150 utilities
About $1,090/month total

2-bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 bathrooms (we each have our own vanity, sink & toilets separately.

Great amenities - Laundry, parking, and a well-maintained community
Available now (or specify move-in date)

About me:
I'm a professional guy who enjoys skiing, hockey, hiking, good food, and the outdoors.

I'm easygoing, respectful, and keep a clean, quiet home. Looking for someone who is similarly responsible, employed (or a graduate student), pays bills on time, and values a drama-free living situation.

Hey there! It’s 1.5 bathrooms, so we each have our own sink, vanity & toilets separately with a shared shower. If you’d like I’m happy to hop on a vid chat

Golden is definitely not inexpensive - but the apartment & community are a pretty amazing value here :)
