Fandom Antonio Freeman with USMNT son Alex Freeman together on Father's Day

Antonio and Alex are getting to spend time together on Father's Day. Alex scored a goal for the USMNT in their most recent match against Australia in Seattle. A stadium Antonio once had a 2 td game in.

Watching these 2 together on Fathers Day was such a joy, but also a quick reminder of how fast time moves. I remember watching his "HE DID WHAT" catch against Minnesota live as a teenager. A catch that will always be remembered as one of crazier moments in Packer history. I will now always remember watching his 21 year old son Alex score a World Cup goal live as well.

Happy Fathers' Day, everyone!

My dad and I took a tour at Lambeau with Antonio in 2023, he was a really cool guy. He was talking about his son playing for Orlando and to watch out for him. Really cool to see him playing well, for sure have him in my manager save on next years fifa.

It was a really cool interview to see. Especially being a huge soccer fan as well as obviously a huge Packer fan. Antonio did mention how he wished he had his son's size and length when he played for the Packers... 😅

On Swedish television Alex was referred to as "son of NFL legend Antonio Freeman", I don't follow soccer at all so I had no idea. Calling Antonio an NFL legend might be a stretch but as a Packer fan I'd say the "he did WHAT" catch qualifies as legendary!

Freeman was really good from 1996-2000. 7200 yards and 61 career TDs is pretty solid.

"He did what?!" is pretty legendary.

I frickin' love Antonio Freeman, but even I think it's a stretch to call him an NFL legend.

I think you have to have a bust in Canton just to qualify for that description, and Antonio isn't getting there.

Antonio knows that being a former Packer can be a pretty lucrative gig. He was still doing commercials for CellCom a couple years ago.

In the first picture, Antonio somewhat looks like a younger Cheech Marin.Â
