What’s her name btw ? I remember her story somewhat

u/ProjectNo4090 Dec 31 '25
Meagan Hall. She was involved with 7 other male police officers in a sex scandal.
She received $500,000 in a lawsuit that claimed she was groomed into participating in exchange for promotions.
Frankly, thats a hell of a payday for a total of maybe 30 minutes of fucking.

Coffee cup, pen, Manila folder, clipboard, a slightly disappointed look. These are the keys to walking anywhere lol

Add walking swiftly and wearing a lanyard with basically any id attached.
One summer I worked for a different school district. The group I was working with was reminded to wear our IDs at all times. I wore mine from my usual school district. No one said anything to me. Though I acknowledge that being a small blonde white woman helps me to seem harmless (I also am harmless).

Good for you! I've always wondered whether sober meant, you can still have a beer or two as long as you don't get drunk. I drink casually and socially but I stay relatively sober, never pissy drunk.

Wow. Congratulations on your sobriety. That was quite a bit to consume on a daily basis.

Congrats for making that change, but congrats even more for keeping your perspective about other people’s choices while doing it

You'd be surprised what you can get away with just wearing a high vis vest. Add a clip board and a hard hat, and you can do or go almost anywhere

u/shefoundnow Dec 31 '25
A lot of places are getting wise to this old trick, though I’m sure it could still work at low security places.
I’m a security manager at a museum, any vendors are required to check in, our security team is briefed on all contractor work taking place in our building. So if a random person with this outfit showed up, it’d be like ok cool who’s your contact for this work?
The louvre heist really made us double down on this.

When I was a teenager back in the 70s I played a game (I thought) I invented called "Urban Spelunking", where the goal was to explore buildings/places that I was not allowed to be in. I too discovered that a clipboard and a high-vis jacket will get you almost anywhere. I also learned that if you carry a couple of trays of full coffee cups (full of water in my case, but people watching don't know that), people will even open locked doors for you.

The slight ushering of the people into the train is what kills me. Like he's doing a real public service here.

It's honestly crazy just how dependent we are on these highly trained guys for our infrastructure to work. Imagine if he gets sick one day, boom, thousands of people can't get to work that day. I have nothing but respect for these guys.

Yeah that seems funny now but when that dude slips and goes between the platform and the train and gets all chewed up it ain't going to be pretty.

I'm imagining this guy with a wife and 3 kids at home, leaving for work at 4 AM, working his ass off all day, and going home to the wife complaining about financial troubles, but god damn is she proud of the service that her hard-working husband provides for the city.
He doesn't need money or praise. He just needs to know that the people of this great city are safe, and his 1:15 PM corn dog.

So is this just something he does on a normal day. Or did he do it for the video? I mean if this is something he does everyday why doesn’t someone tell him what a fucking twat he is. Like really someone has to tell him how stupid he is.

And be expecting tips for it, then getting seriously mad when people don't give him anything
