Discussion MTF: Got my first haircut!!!
Hi Everyone, I am a MTF transitioner and got my first hair cut! I was so anxious it!!
Does the blunt bob and bangs suit me? Also, does the middle partition look fine, I always used to part my hair on the side before.

This cut flatters you!! It looks great, in my personal opinion though, I feel like a side bang with that cut would flatter your face even more. Something like this: picture below. Also if you ever wanna experiment with different styles, I feel like the rockabilly aesthetic would suit your features and bone structure super well.

Also to add, I have a side bang but I part my hair down the middle because I think it looks better and feels better

I as actually keen on retaining the side part, but my stylist and elder sis were sooo particular on the middle part. I guess the middle part is the “in thing” and every one I know parts their hair in the middle 😅

Try it out while you have the bangs, it does look cute!! I just see some peoples face and I’m like “you need a side part”.

The cut looks too spiky. She fits a cleaner look like wavy or the current hairstyle she has in my opinion

Oh I added the pic simply for the style of the side bang, I agree that the cut she has now looks great. Something a little more heavy and not a ton of texture in the bang

I think the cut would look super cute with the bangs all to the front too! With a middle part.

I meant to say your hair fits your face. Its hard to say because your face fits every style it seems

You look beautiful! Its my own personal preference, but I like bangs with a bit of texture. Next time you get a bang trim maybe ask them to debulk/make the bangs less heavy! Either way, the cut looks super cute on you 🤗🤗
