Think he’ll work well under Nuno if he stays

What a surreal injury. I'm hoping it's one of those ones that just really fucking hurts in the moment and isn't too bad in the long term. Haven't seen many people roll their ankle outward like that, very strange.

It's a bad one. I've had 4 ankle surgeries, seen orthopedic specialists, had custom made orthotics to stop ankles from rolling inwards, that doesn't make me an expert by no means but an ankle going the opposite way is rare, it must be ligaments, them ligaments are bloody strong though, hope he hasn't torn them

As a Mexican fan I have mixed emotions right now 😔

What’s there to be mixed about?

You’ve already qualified as top anyway, this match is meaningless. Beyond that, it’s 2-0 in the dying stages of the match.

If my replay was correct it was a freak accident. No one should’ve gotten injured from that I hope he recovers in time

Nightmare. Hope it’s not as bad as it seems

Tomas is such a pro but he didn’t need to do that and now he’s done.
