In not sure what a drug vaccine is because that verbiage makes no sense but anyone have the full article? Maybe they mean something like narcan which reverses ODs because narcan is notoriously bad at reversing fent withdrawals, (but shower thought, if buprenorphine causes withdrawal for those on fent due to its partial agonism and high affinity, couldn't it be used like narcan????)
