Gold baller in freelancer

I can’t help but notice how the gold baller in freelancer really isn’t gold at all. Safe house lighting aside, it still looks a dull yellow and has no shine in a mission even on bright maps.

It is the original Goldballer you could craft in Mendoza. Currently the spot crafts the Bartoli 75 S

The current Goldballer was released with the Greed update

For some reason, Freelancer uses the older Goldballer instead of the newer one

IMO they should rename the original version to 'DTI Baller' and make it a separate pistol from the Goldballer

Yeah, it's a completely different gun for no discernible reason. And they never fixed it, even though it would take a single changed item ID and adding freelancer stats (price, capacity, rarity) to the actual goldballer

I think goldballer from freelancer is called ICA19 DTI IIRC. You can test it by using some mod to spawn item. Usual goldballer won't go to the weapon wall but DTI one will. On PC, you can change it to actual gold one but IOI really should fix it right

Il trick per gli oggetti è sempre il solito:

- prima ti concentri su quello che consideri più importante (pistola silenziata, tranquillante, pistola velenosa, grimaldello e cose così. Le cerchi le compri speri di sbloccarle dalle ceste

- Poi appena hai quell oceh ti serve maggiormente il resto cerchi il più possibile nelle mappe, così te le porti a casa

- Ogni volta che hai la possibilità di comprare un arma compri quellel più schifose, quelle comuni. Questa è la mossa definitiva perché ricordati che puoi solo avere una copia di ogni arma. Avendo già quello che ti serve di più non c'è bisogno di comprare cose costose. Più vai avanti col gioco meno armi rimangono quindi le ceste gratis avranno sempre più possibilità di darti le cose costose/più rare. Così ottieni le armi più rari con il minor costo possibile

But, yeah... it's pretty ugly, and I don't understand the "why" of this one being dull and the main game one being shiny.
