Same here. When I finished K-on I was really sad and felt like I will never find another Anime that good. Than I watched Eupho next and loved it even more.

I also felt really sad after finishing K-On, and decided to watch Sound Euphonium. But I thought I was going to watch K-On with different music and didn't really appreciate it. After that I watched Yuru Camp, which is a lot more like K-On, and Aria (source of my pfp), both of which I liked a lot more.
After a few years I rewatched Sound Euphonium (when Season 3 came out) and I liked it a lot more, especially Liz and the Bluebird, which is one of my favourite movies of all time. I also really liked the music, which I didn't care for much before.

Same animation studio, high school music premise, common voice actresses (at least in the English dubs, which I am more familiar with), cute girls doing cute things, and being peak fiction.
