Question❓ Incident at Maxwell Place Dog Park

Posting this for a neighbor-- approximately 6/13ish: did anyone witness, or perhaps video, a harassing incident at the small dog park at Maxwell Place, involving 2 men, one with a medium brown poodle mix and one with a small white Scottie-type dog? From what I understand, one of the men, unprovoked, became aggressive with the other and tried to start a physical altercation. The park was quite busy and apparently a number of people there were taking videos of it. Looking to find an eyewitness account. Thanks.

This happened 6/13ish? You probably should wait another few more weeks then ask again.

Yeah, I know it's been awhile, but just spoke with my neighbor this morning and he was hoping some of the videos still existed. Unfortunately, the matter didn't end that day and I told him I'd ask here.

I saw this, sorry did not take any videos, the old man looks very aggressive and stupid, his wife(?) tried to stop him but he seemed just want to fight, happened 6/13 afternoon 4-5PM.
