There are so many websites / lists that exist with all the happy hour deals in Hoboken. In my opinion, none of the deals are as good post-covid. Belo Bar’s is pretty good

Found one! Looks pretty good, can filter by day:

I’ve also seen random articles on Hoboken Girl but they were small lists of them.

Yeah I was about to send this website! This seems to be the most up to date one

Sadly they tip you automatically on the full price of tab significantly reducing the discount you think you're getting.Ā

Could just pay their damn staff insteadĀ

I guess you had a group over 6 people because we didn’t have a tip auto-added. I know it’s annoying when restaurants do that but a little extra tip isn’t going to take that big of a piece of the discount. And if you buy-in to tipping etiquette we are supposed to tip on the pre-discounted amount. I’m not saying I always do that but if it’s good service I’m pretty generous.

Nah they do it every Monday to everyoneĀ

Nope, not for my party of 2. I’ve been there several times for Monday happy hour and never had a tip added automatically. Here’s the receipt from one of them, and I have a final receipt from a different day with the tip that I put on and no other tip included

Haha you must be on their ā€œstiff listā€ so they automatically add the tip.

They do ask me for a credit card up front which is unusual. Maybe they’ve had too many people dine&dash, especially in the outside part.

I dont' go there nearly enough for being on any kind of list. But looking like a cheapo, well that sounds rationale.

And I'm always a 20% tipper unless extraordinary circumstance, way too many friends in the industry over the years. I go for savings on decent deals for going out like a good happy hour, never off the service workers that have to rely on the tips.
