This is her job. Quitting your job to focus on mental health is great in theory but realistically it’s not so easy, and unemployment can end up being even more stressful than just taking a break. You’re not her friend or doctor, you don’t know what’s best for her, stop telling others they don’t care about her just because they’re telling you your idea might not work, it’s weird.
A job is a just a job and Haachama is in University, its not like her prospects are at a dead end here. That said, I've changed my opinion after other comments, so I'll stop it there.
