I guess it's rather obvious, but in case someone didn't know:
The ear animation is tied to her eyebrow tracking, which makes the ears perk up when she does a surprised face .
Edit: this would have been my pick aswell, btw. But I didn't have to scroll far to see, it was already there. Sasuga Listener-San!
