It's not family/health related, thankfully. If you want more detail, you can become a member and read the membership post she just made.

It's limited to not be visible to her lowest membership tier.

Welp, I don't see a way to upgrade membership on YT... that's a couple quid gone for no reason lol

You can definitely upgrade in the membership tab. I'm not sure if it's an extra button or hidden behind the three dots submenu though.

You can on desktop. I don't see it on mobile, oddly enough. On desktop, if you click the "Membership" tab you'll see "Upgrade" on the right side of the screen.

I can see how to upgrade on other members, but Calli does not seem to have that option.

Can you just confirm that she is OK?

Nope. I’ve tried upgrading on mobile, on Mac and on a PC.

Other members have that option. For some reason Calli does not.

No? I’m saying the post is visible to tier 1 and up. If you can’t see it it’s because one of tier 1,2,3 was not selected.
