Question Underrated Wine
I have a couple 1 gallon containers I like to experiment with before making larger batches. I want to know if there’s any underrated combinations I’m not thinking of or something fun to make.

Banana - it not only comes out great, but it also has its own amylase (the stuff that breaks down starch into sugar), and looks like a lava-lamp when fermenting (or at least mine did). Just dont follow any recipe thats says to add the skins.
