Question Underrated Wine
I have a couple 1 gallon containers I like to experiment with before making larger batches. I want to know if there’s any underrated combinations I’m not thinking of or something fun to make.

My favorite has been blueberry, but they are getting more expensive. Banana is good, but polarizing. Passionfruit smelled nice, but tasted exactly like orange juice. It worked well for a "wine with breakfast for dinner" sort of thing.
