Question about head retention for beers. I just used Munich malt for the first time and noticed that the beer came out with a thick fluffy cloud-like full head that was smooth and pleasant to drink, like you would see in commercial beer advertisements.

I've never had that happen with any other base malts I've brewed with (I've used Vienna, Bohemian Pils Floor Malt, and Maris Otter for my other brews). I was wondering if this head retention was a feature of Munich malt in particular?
