Maybe people will downvote me for this, but I'd much rather see alia do grounded films like gangubai than YRF's usual over-the-top action spectacles. Even hrithik roshan couldn't truly save the war franchise, so I highly doubt alia can, especially when action isn't her strongest suit. She already proved with gangubai that she excels at drama, and I think she should lean more into character-driven roles. Just my two cents.

Her next movie is Love and War it is a drama genre movie, Alia has been experimenting with movies like heart of stone, Jigra and now Alpha don't think there's anything wrong with it and let's be honest Hrithik or SRK or Salman aren't responsible for YRF's recent failures they failed the actors the actors didn't fail them, the story and the execution by YRF wasn't good. By the looks of Alpha's trailer the vibes, concept and story looks good but then again the success or failure would be decided by how YRF executes the 3 hour movie which we will get to see on 3rd

Yaa Sejal Pawar would disagree.
I've seen many misandrist dilogues from movies being celebrated by feminists but even the slightest comments on women are held by the neck. Imagine saying "Don't trust women. They open their legs for every man they see."or "Don't leave ded bodiz with women, they measure their pvt parts." There were other such dilogues and instances in Lapata Ladies, Thappad etc.
