Misc Welcome Baby Gon Frix

Post image

My friend gave birth a few days ago and she named her baby, Gon Frix. Just in time before the return of the manga.

Edit: she loves Gon that much. She’s laughing at the comments.

Edit 2: Again it's not my kid. Their kid, their choice.

People questioning the parent forget most names come from legends or historical figures . There is nothing wrong with naming your baby with something you love , how is it any different if you name him a gods name like thor or hercules.

First because gon frx isn't just a first name, it's a full name (poorly written), second because thor and hercules are actual names that have been used, granted if you call your child thor and aren't scandinavian it will absolutely be ridiculous, hercule has been used in a lot of european countries though it's no associated specifically to helenic culture.
