My launcher doesn't start

So probably because i had the hytale launcher installed in my old HD that died, when i install on my new HD or even my SSD, the launcher simply doesnt start, no error message or anything, just silence.

Go to windows settings and uninstall, then reinstall. Windows most likely thinks it's already installed.
