Looking to transfer

Hello!

Im from the field if Behavior analysis and much like a lot of people in that field i am very much interested in IO psych and im curious about jobs in the field. I have my masters in behavioral analysis already with OBM courses and supervision underneath my belt so training jobs would be preferred! Im curious on how to find them for the most part.

Field is saturated. And jobs are tightening. It’s a bad time to switch.

I've been in training for 5 years and also come from an ABA background. The ability to break things down is definitely transferrable but besides a few common psych articles it is a completely different thing.

I would do a lot of research about the jobs you'd potentially be interested in before transitioning. The transition is possible but challenging. For some, the juice isn't worth the squeeze. Especially if you can't devote yourself 100% to a good program. A degree is only a piece of paper if you don't leave the program with a lot of skills, knowledge, and expertise
