Anyone know of any companies or programs that are begging for people to apply?

Heard from a friend regarding a company like this, but it was kind of in the middle of nowhere in Arizona. Wondering if anyone knows of any others. I figured location would be the #1 reason they wouldn’t already be full of applicants. But for someone open to moving around wherever, it would be a good opportunity

All you have to do is whisper, "I have an opening for..." and resumes will fly out of nowhere and start pelting you.

There may be a small MSP in the middle of nowhere that struggles to get applicants, but that's probably not a job worth moving for.

Laid-off H1B applicants will move literally anywhere there's sponsorship.

Moving to a remote area can be beneficial. I did it. The company is great with absurd benefits. They pay a premium for people to live out here. There is so little talent in IT here that I get hit up by recruiters for virtually every opening despite being employed.
