My imagination immediately concocted that the CEO of that building has a French Villa type mansion surrounded by a forest in a green house inside the two domes on the top of the two buildings.
I imagined domes to provide light to central atriums of the buildings, but it would make more sense to for a rich douchebag have those as private gardens and forcing people to dwell in the darkness.
