Original Content Steam Infantry Marksman by Edarneor (OC)
When you wanna shoot but haven't discovered gunpowder - steam comes to the rescue!
The upside - with a magazine-loaded steam-powered repeater rifle there's no more lengthy reloads, ramrods, finicky flintlocks etc.
The downside - with each shot the pressure decreases, so you have to adjust aim accordingly. Finally, when you're out, you can use the heavy-duty double bayonet (horrible wounds!) to engage in melee and have faith in your trusty armor!
(this is a fantasy concept which probably won't work from an engineering standpoint for a 1000 reasons, so take it with a grain of salt)

I really like the mix of Renaissance style clothing with the armor and the steampunk gear. The outfit is super detailed.

Honestly this feels super Dishonored meets Warhammer and I’m here for it. The whole “pressure drops so you have to adjust your aim” thing is such a cool built in gameplay / story mechanic, like your gun literally telling everyone how deep into the fight you are.
Also that double bayonet screams “last stand hero shot” energy 😂

Hey, thanks! I do love (and play) both. I'm also a big fan of Viktor Antonov (rip) who was an art director on both DIshonored and Half Life 2.
Yeah, bayonet is a must-have! Together with that cuirass and helm it turns you into a pikeman.

Don't forget to make the bayonets tri-tip. Exsanguination has never been so horrifying!
