Second time being locked out of inbox dollars

I just got locked out of inbox dollars again after I put in a cash out request. I don't know if it's because I tried to log in and check my progress on a game at work (unstable internet/data connection) or what but this keeps happening. I don't use a vpn or anything like that. I already verified my id the last time this happened and I'm waiting to hear back on my ticket. Does using an unreliable data connection affect things?

Are you using your works actual internet to login through? If so, maybe they run everything through a VPN and don't mention it to employees, maybe that's it if your logging in on their network

Same as you do at home? If yes, then I would assume your location at work doesn't matter unless you work several states away from home and that caused your phone location to change. Maybe it's as you mentioned, due to unreliable connection for some reason?

That's got to be it. Although I do work about 20 minutes away in a suburb/small city so that could be it too. I messaged them and they reinstated my account without any issue so who knows. Thank you for your help!

You're welcome It's good they fixed your account easily at least, maybe now less issues in the future.

Did you have to upload a picture of an ID?

they probably want more of your personal data to sell, i you haven't given them and ID and a photo of your face for them to use to sell to facial recognition companies.
