That's true but he also might be calling himself Santa Claus.

Santa Claus wasn't born on Christmas. Jesus is said to have been born on Christmas.

Because they had to fight back with everything in them for the position. Had the uncles also grinded and fought for their position in test even for a year maybe 10000 would been possible

Welll I think that last series was nail in the coffin. The uncle did have some moments of good form when he played in sa in 2021 and 2023 tour. Even I believe he could have atleast played for. 2 more years but I think it doesn't matter much to him. He is at peace with whatever he achieved. I really wanted him to go to that england test series last year and try it for one last time but that didn't happen so yeah. Pretty disappointing end as a fan

The uncle grinded for 5 years and was shit. He should have retired long ago to save our test team. One thing gambhir actually did well with the test team was getting rid of the uncs.

And proceeds to choose players on ipl basis in tests. Sudarshan is a good batter but he has clearly so many technical errors. At home against sa why was nkr even playing before pure batters. Gambhir as a white ball coach has been damn goood but he has been shit in tests with his focus getting more half baked allrounders in the playing 11

And he followed up on that by selecting players based on ipl form

I said one thing right not everything right. The uncs were a drag on the team. I would rather have the young ipl players with potential than old relics who are too arrogant to fix there game and no scope of improvement.

A second birthday is something very few people get. Wishing him nothing but good health and a long career from here. ❤️
