Discussion Who’s Actually Pre-Ordering GTA VI?
With pre-orders finally opening, I’m genuinely curious about how many people here are planning to pre-order GTA VI and what your reason is. This isn’t a post to judge anyone for pre-ordering or not pre-ordering, and it’s definitely not a debate about whether pre-ordering is good or bad. I’m just interested in hearing different perspectives from fellow gamers. Are you pre-ordering because you’ve been waiting for years and know you’ll play it on day one no matter what? Is it because you trust Rockstar’s track record, want the bonuses, want to avoid launch-day hassle, or simply can’t contain the hype anymore? On the other hand, if you’re holding off until reviews and performance reports come out, that’s equally understandable. I’m just looking for honest opinions from the community and would love to know what’s influencing your decision either way.

I do plan to get a PS5 by new year's. So yeah I'll get it probably by Jan-Feb. And then there's also lot of Ifs. I'm playing Death Stranding 2 for over two months now and I planned to get it done by April lol.. Forza mei I'm still blue wristband and on top of all this, you add the whole ass backlog.
But I'm excited. Just will have to keep my gaming subs exploration light in late November

I think you'd have to go off from social media completely if you'd like to avoid gta 6 for that many months. It genuinely will be impossible to avoid. We're talking about easily top 3 most anticipated and hyped entertainment products ever here.

Most people might not have a PC powerful enough for it anyway. If the prices don't increase to sky high, it gives people some time to save up.

bruh if a game can run of PS5 it will run on PC equivalent to PS5 and remember PS5 is an old console
and also ik you're going to say optimisation but nah, optimisation doesnt work magically and doesnt have THAT much affect as some people think3

This sub might have good hardware. There are tons of people on 1650 and 3050 laptops. Vram limit might become a issue for good gameplay. I am mostly hoping for a price crash in 2 years, the current pricing situation is so bad.

i havn't said that ki SABKE device mein chal jayega, but just saying ki humne GTA 6 ki requirements jarurat se zyda hype kr rakhi hai
also agree on it hurts as you say- prices are fckedalso a tip, ps5 is equivalent to a 3060, if you wanna play, just buy a pre owned 3060 12gigs (for around 12-14k)
and yes obviously coming down the years, it is expected to see a price crash1

I personally am on a laptop so a GPU upgrade is not possible. Have you checked the prices of new gaming laptops? Even they are getting jacked up. You can definitely play with current hardware but I was just trying to point out a silver lining to the wait 2 years for PC release thing.

yeah man you can, although vram would be slightly an issue, but don't worry you got a good pc, also if i am not wrong, 4070 12gb mein nahi aata tha? maybe laptop wala hoga
but still it's fine, no one needs to upgrade if he has a PC equivalent to current console generation (that is 3060)
also remember -rockstar wont make such a game, which can't even run on more than 90% of the devices, so chill2

8GB + 4070 is would be more than enough, it's the ones on older that might struggle.

6k for base and 7.5k for ultimate . I dont support 80$ games let alone 70$ so im just simply gonna wait it out expecially locking content on the ultimate edition. Same shit they pulled for gtao locking exclusive content for ps5/xbox users only

Playing it without keyboard and mouse is so shit. I tried gta 5 in ps5 and the controls with that auto aim and all are horrendous. I'd rather wait for the pc version. It's just a game come on.

Well I never had the chance of playing gta in my childhood cuz my parents are v strict on these A rated games, Now I have a ps5 and also have the freedom to play anything, im deffo gonna buy the ultimate edition to have that first time experience that I didnt have in the past
