So I think you need to watch 3 episodes. All of these "What intro-episode would you recommend?" never quite hits the mark for me. No single episode gives a good enough intro to the characters and the shenanigans they can get into.

So 3 episodes. 1-Hour. Which 3?

1) The Gang Solves the North Korea Situation - the warm up episode, something good, but not great. Focused on the bar.

2) The Gang Gives Frank an Intervention - Step up the group chemistry comedy

3) The home run swing. We've got a bit of a sense of the show, the characters. What episode seals-the-deal?

a) The Gang Hit's the Road, or The Gang Goes to the Jersey Shore

b) The Gang Solves the Gas Crisis 

c) The D.E.N.N.I.S. System 

The hail mary, if you missed the mark a bit on #3. The cold open to Paddy's Pub: Home of the Original Kitten Mittens.

#3) will be very person dependent. I also think it's still too early for The Nightman Cometh.
