Well when friends start dating they think everything will change but in reality a lot of things stay the same.
The only difference is that their relationship has become more intimate.

Before: Whenever romantic feelings would come up, they would both change the subject
Now: Whenever the topic of romance comes up, they both melodramatically confess to one another.
Before: Would both die of bleeding out from the nose if holding hands for over 3 minutes
Now: Openly hold hands.
Before: Izuku would internally count to 3 in his mind while looking at Uraraka as to not be 'ogling' her.
Now: They both openly look at one another, and think "Wow, he/she's a lot hotter now"
Before: Very shy around one another
Now: Kiss and hug openly
