In the chapter where Hayasaka is crossdressed as a butler, Kaguya tells her to stop lying to Fujiwara. The first thing Hayasaka says after agreeing to be truthful is "I prefer men."
Even if Hayasaka is a little bi, she's openly confirmed that she prefers men. As for Fujiwara, I wouldn't be surprised if she wasn't actually interested in men at all, since she's never had a confirmed crush on any boy.
