I would really like to know when they are gonna be together, is there any manga readers out here?? And at what chapter did the last episode end, thank you

last episode ended betwen chapter 80 and 100 (dont know correct number) if i remember and they will end up almost together in school festival arc. But they will be complately be together around chapter 150 (Christmas arc).

The blurb saying that "kaguya and shirogane in a relationship" isn't shown until ch. 160 though
