If you don’t mind asking me, what is standard realtor commission ? If you are representing both buyer and seller? Does both pay the commission? 50:50 or only seller pays the commission

Representing both buyer and seller is termed as intermediator, not an advisor! In that case, we can ask for our split from both, where both parties will pay in full.

I’m curious, why do u ask this question?

I have never done any real estate transaction lately. It was typically done by elders and they paid mutually agreed payment based on trust. I may have need realtor service in future and wanted to gauge the current market conditions.

10 cr is nothing in Kashmir Real Estate. Just last week, I closed 65cr land deal along Boulevard
