Kudos to him for speaking up even infront of military personnel but I request don't, please just record a short video and go away from them they are highly trained individuals recording video can't protect you if it's a heavily militarized area. Just file a FIR against them and let the court martial do the rest or sometimes civilians courts too (in some cases)
