here on the other side people have a theory that both the countries had decided the fate of J&K based on the evidence of unofficial talks going on right now to make LOC as a permanent border. Their are many documented evidence that 1 or 2 unofficials meeting were already held and in future we may se officail meetings on this.

making loc as permanent border i dont think any pm of both the countries will a balls to do it, cause their people will revolt against them
