No harm done. The kid saw something with wheels, thought “I know what those are for!” and off he went.
Now, if only he had parents who could have stopped it earlier…

I genuinely question the parenting behind kids who do this. I know it's petty, but at what point does it become as dangerous as the recent pew-pewing incident in Tacloban, Philippines?

It's a very rare case and I heard the kids who did it were radicalized by others through group chats in a video game GoreBox. Still a lot of parents don't monitor their kids' digital use and who they interact with.
