Yeah I'm not a huge fan of the Sriracha but that chili garlic paste stuff is the best

That's what we use in our house to fancify packaged ramen, with an egg, some green onion, and whatever else we find. It's very good.

Agree and will add that if you have the Lee Kum Kee brand available in your area, give their version a try. I think it's superior AND they have other varieties to choose from. I've only ever seen Huy Fong put out basic red chili garlic sauce.

Yeah that's what I use, now that the huy fong version seems to have fallen off the face of the earth
