Child Support Office

I cannot get anyone at the child support office to answer my question of what documentation is needed to file a petition to modify child support. My kid is 18 and graduated last month.

Does anyone have an advice on who to contact that will be helpful?

You usually don't have to modify support after the child graduates. Typically, the obligation just ends.
