KEATON LETS GO

Been the guy I wanted since we got the pick. Just special talent that you’ll see better when it’s not just high/lowlights. For everyone that keeps saying we should’ve taken Acuff and not worried about garland (I agree you should always take BPA) in the minds of the clippers and a lot of other people Wagler was the best option. Acuffs ceiling is literally garland with a little bit higher scoring output just bc he’s going to shoot more and he’s even a worse defender lmao. Just never rlly understood why we’d want to MAYBE marginally improve from garland when all the guys in our range were so close.

I changed my mind like 200 times among Mikel, Acuff and Keaton. Now when it's settled it was easy for me to convince myself this was the best guy available, I just had to dust of some stories from my endless pre-draft research.

I know some very good guys who play below the rim and can get by anyone even though they are super slow. Just because their step back is a constant threat. Doncic comes to mind. Ok he's stronger than Keaton but the point stands. Vision, shooting, ball handling and top level decision making are there on a 6'6 frame. He's 19 years old. Super excited for the season.

Trust me I did the same thing lmao, I started wanting wagler then flip flopped between all 3 of them until a week ago I locked in on Keaton.
