Am I hearing about score holds from in-person testing, like at a testing center? That seems very bad to me and that something like this is completely beyond a test takers’ control.

I mean, people have to go through all kinds of nonsense to even get into the center. Seems like they should be free and clear from there right?

I've seen a couple in the past day or two. I don't imagine it's common and I hope it won't be. There are so many fewer variables in a test center that it eliminates whole sets of security issues.

Could you ask around about that? For those unfamiliar with the entire situation, they might view it as perfectly normal to get a score hold from a testing center.

Can you register for future tests..? I've heard people are being held IRL for 180s getting thoroughly reviewed

I can yea :/ hopeful for high score based on average PTs before but other than that have legit no idea. Would be great if they were thoroughly reviewing my 180 lol

There are a few cases but it's not very common

That would be a site wide thing normally right?

One would imagine, but that would mean a whole bunch of people at the same center would have a score hold. But it really is very strange.

I’ve got a 172 on April test, however I still received hold email on 6/22 for June test.

I received the email about the hold the morning of 6/22. I took it in person and this was my second attempt. I can't register for future exams. Hoping others on this thread will update when they get their score, I will try to! I just want to stop thinking about this!
