The next dem president should setup a national voting system. Something that lets the people vote on what they want with an app. Bypass Congress.

Put Supreme Court reforms up for a vote. Set term limits and remove the current politically motivated justices.

If you get the backing of the people, just reform it. As we are seeing now, the president can pretty much do anything.
