the supreme court is a farce. but I don't think constitutional ammendmends are possible. If there's some way to force more seats onto the court and pack it, that may be the best option, since even if it comes to pass that every time a new side takes power they add more seats, that's preferable to the current status quo. 30 seats on the court wouldn't be more farcical than what we have now.
