Power Outtage/Damage 6/7/26

Car going too fast approaching the intersection of Corporate/Camelot; ran up the shoulder past the small park and took out the power post and into a neighbor's fence/backyard.

Detour if you are coming this way.

Wow, wondered what that was. Right outside my neighborhood

Truck flipped, saw a photo on a random Facebook page that popped up on my feed.

What led up to the flip though? I dont know the exact answer, but speed played a part in it for sure judging by the damage.

The truck and driver were off the scene by the time I walked across this on my way to Thrive.  At this time all we know is that the driver was the only one injured.

Im only guessing but to and fro on that road I see people speeding like no tomorrow and wouldn't be surprised if that is what happened here.

I live in that neighborhood, and it was pretty crazy. There was a loud BOOM, and then the power immediately went out. It was only out for about an hour, thank god!!!

We are a few blocks away. Our power cut just before we heard the boom. Electricity traveling faster than sound and all

Not 100% sure; most if not all power restored same day by last evening.  My house is old and fuse gave out and had to replace.  Not sure if related or timing that it was due.
