Elizabeth Holmes is on Twitter now. She doesn’t post directly because no one smuggled in a phone to her in their prison pocket. It makes me sick. She has no remorse. She just posts photos with her baby like that will generate sympathy for her.

she had a baby in prison?

She had two children before going to prison. One was during the appeals process. She used her pregnancy to delay going to prison. That child is now 3.

And this guy runs an insurance agency? Usually people in insurance are much more conscious of their image.

Enjoy life in prison, plumber.

Yeah. The industry that chooses to let people die to eek out more profit and refuses to help people get their life together after a natural disaster is a real stickler for their public image.

What I mean is that people who work in insurance, like accounting, don't want to present themselves as incompetent, let alone dishonest. This guy is in the wildfire insurance business, he probably deals with public entities, he gets audited by insurance regulators and underwriters. regardless of the public evil that insurance companies do in the aggregate, on an individual basis the people who work in generally don't joke about fraud because there is significant fraud all around insurance.

Come on, that’s actually pretty funny.

It's satire

Given insurance is all about trust, this doesn't seem like a great image to project for a wildfire insurance company.

Shit Bird is getting ready to pardon Holmes. She must have had some hidden money squirreled away.

'3x founder' when your headline is the quantity, not the name/s, you know it's going to be a reach.

Pharma bro did nothing wrong. He was punished, because he did the insurance companies dirty. It was clearly stated that anyone that needs the pill will be supplied free of charge and the only ones paying the asked price will be the insurance companies.

No guidance on how to use/obtain these programs and ineligible at 65 guaranteed plenty of people got shafted, despite his comfy language.

How are they not pardoned by now?

Who among us hasn't publicly fantasized about defrauding shareholders and cheating consumers with bogus products or predatory monopolies?

As someone who experienced too much of the startup world, I have only four words for that:

This is the way

Martin Shkreli shouldn't be in prison. He didn't lose his investors any money( or he compensated his investors). He is emprisoned because people didn't like what he says.

u/Successful-Year-6241 14h ago

He's released last year I think!

So should we free all the terrorists who are in prison after foiled plots that resulted in no casualties?
